We are relocating offices and need one company that can handle everything including design, council approvals, fitout works and removalist services. Do you do all of these?

Yes, we handle everything that’s involved in the process of moving a company from one building to another. We have managed many projects for clients where we look after everything, even the relocation of computers and all the cabling involved. What size office fitout projects do you undertake?

In general, we do all sized projects, whether small, medium or large from churn and changes to office layouts, adding of new offices with workstations, refurbishment of occupied offices, to full floor new fitouts.

Does DY Constructions Australia undertake all aspects of the office fitout process?

Yes, DY Constructions Australia can assist you with all the Interior Design, Fitout and Project Management as per the defined “scope of works”. We coordinate and manage the entire office fit out, which can include partitioning, ceilings, workstations, painting, electrical, office furniture, council approval, quality control, relocation services to final office fitout handover and occupation.

Does DY Constructions Australia undertake alterations to existing office layouts?

Yes, this constitutes a large part of our “core projects” for clients due to business restructures, mergers and downsizing. These business decisions often result in a need to alter existing office fitouts to incorporate additional staff and workstations, building new offices, expanding the boardroom or just simply refurbishing and upgrading a “dated” office fitout.

Do you supply all the specialist Interior Design and Consultancy Services that are required in a large office fitout?

Yes, we have our own team of designers and project managers that are experienced in office fitouts. We also supply consultancy services for BCA access and compliance reports, filling and storage, engineering services, private certifier for council approval, air conditioning, fire protection, IT and telecommunications, relocation services, and any other consultancy services that may be required for a particular project. We have our own drawings; can you quote on these?

We have an existing office that we need refurbished while we still occupy it?

We are leasing a large new commercial office, and need interior design services, including office space planning, concept drawings, 3D images and 3D walkthroughs, full documentation, council approval and all interior building works supplied, can you help with all of these services?

Yes our in house design team offer an extensive range of custom design services, and our experienced project managers are able to handle your project from concept through to completion. Our company requires major alterations and additions to our existing corporate office fitout, but we need the works done outside of normal business hours, can you do this?

Yes we have done many projects like this where we do the works at weekends, or in the evenings, so that your office staff are not interrupted. We will coordinate the timing with you, to choose the best times for the works to be performed, and we ensure that your office is always left clean and tidy during the works.

Do I need Council Approval for my office fit out?
