We are proud to announce our completion of a stunning new fit-out for Finstro, a harbour view CBD office building located in York Street, Sydney.
The works included the installation of brand-new office partitioning, aluminium framed hinged glass doors, custom-made joineries, modern commercial grade carpet tiles and the relocation of existing workstations, walls and furniture to create a fresh, usable and comfortable office space. The novel addition of smooth vinyl flooring throughout the kitchen area supplemented with custom alterations throughout the office created a contemporary finish.

DY Constructions Australia has successfully completed another interstate fit out for our client Neolith Melbourne.
Neolith is a global leader in the production and distribution of sintered stone, an innovative material that combines the best properties of natural stone and high-tech engineering. The project included new workstations, a modern kitchen, stylish refurbished bathrooms, a new boardroom and sleek offices.

DY Constructions Australia was engaged by the client to perform various works at the client’s premises. The team prepared 2 proposals for the client – a proposal for fitout works, and a separate proposal for furniture. This gave the client the flexibility they required.
The fitout scope included building 13 new offices, as well as meeting rooms and open plan workstation areas. We also built a new reception area, kitchen, and bathroom, and replaced the floor coverings in all areas of the premises. The furniture scope included supplying double-sided workstations for open plan configurations, desks for new offices, boardroom tables, all necessary accessories and casual coffee tables.

The works completed for our client at Pentair were quite extensive and required a full design and construct and included different areas of the tenancy. The client was satisfied with the works and the expert management of all aspects of the project, which has resulted in a lasting friendship between the team at DYCA and the client.

DY Constructions Australia was involved in the fitout and strip out & make good works at 6 Nexus Court, Mulgrave, Victoria, with the works carried out from June – July 2020. The works were carried out over two floors of the tenancy, with fitout works to the ground floor and both fitout and make good works to level 2 including construction of an inter-tanancy wall as the client was handing back a portion of the tenancy to the landlord.
DY Constructions Australia were engaged following works previously completed to the Client’s Mascot NSW premises.

We completed a complete fitout for South Pole at 1 Oxford Street Sydney which is an commercial office building located adjacent to Sydney’s Iconic Hyde Park with magnificent views over the park to Sydney Harbour. The project involved all council approvals, new partitioning, base building services alterations, flooring, furniture and fittings, and furniture.

This new fit-out was for Cosentino, the global Spanish, family-owned
company that distributes innovative surfaces for the
world of design and architecture. The stunning new showroom
is now open in Sydney CBD, at 130 Elizabeth Street, the new
showroom gives architects, designers and consumers the
opportunity to see Cosentino’s extensive range of products
including Silestone®, and Dekton®. The stunning design was by
Consentino’s internal design division in Spain, supported in
Australia by SMA Design.

Lobby Refurbishments to two residential buildings and one commercial building in Alexandria for Sydney Strata Services. The spectacular interiors were designed by Alexandra Kidd Design, and the timber look battens were supplied by Deco Australia. The project was undertaken while the building was occupied, and the works were done in stages so that the occupants of the building were not inconvenienced.

The client was relocating to a new premises, and required a new office fit-out on a design & construct basis. The works incl project management of consultants, private certifier, and Landlord Approval Process. The Fit-out works incl new offices, meeting rooms, server room, reception area, new modern breakout area, office and boardroom furniture. Following these works, DY Constructions Australia was also engaged to complete the strip out and make good works of the clients previous office at Girraween.

This spectacular new interior fit-out for the national software company Satori Group Australia, is in a modern commercial office building in the business precinct of Mascot. The stunning design was by Stefan Vogt of Seven Metres Square interior design, and workstations were supplied direct to the client by Infinity Commercial Furniture.
